What is included in a CORE membership?
Everything SOUAI does today: your HOM Score across all eight pillars, CORA, lab upload with AI interpretation, and syncing from the wearables you already own. There is one membership and one feature set — CORA and the HOM Score are identical for every member, and nothing is held back for a higher tier.
What is the difference between CORE and CORE Annual?
The billing interval, plus the 90-Day Optimization Roadmap and pattern surfacing, which are annual-only. CORE Annual works out cheaper than twelve monthly payments — one month free.
When do I get my 90-day plan?
After 21 days of check-ins, and it is written for you by CORA from those check-ins. The wait is deliberate: a 90-day plan written from three days of data is a horoscope. Twenty-one days is where your real patterns — how you actually sleep, train, eat and recover — separate from a good week or a bad one.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the app or by emailing support@souai.health. Cancelling ends future renewals and your access continues through the period you have already paid for. Refunds are handled case by case.
Is SOUAI HSA/FSA eligible?
Yes. The SOUAI app subscription is HSA/FSA eligible.
What happens after I pay?
Download the SOUAI app and sign in with the email you used at checkout. A magic code is sent there to complete your login — there is no separate password to create.
Do I need a wearable to join?
No. Your HOM Score works from daily check-ins alone, and SOUAI reads whichever sources you connect — Apple Watch and Apple Health, Whoop, Oura — rather than requiring you to buy something new.
