How physician access will work
These physicians practice independently. They hold the patient relationship, and they make every clinical decision with you — from a question about a single marker to ongoing chronic disease management. They bill you directly.
SOUAI is a technology platform. We connect you. If you choose, you can bring your visit results and new biomarkers back into SOUAI, so CORA continues to understand you as time goes on. We do not employ physicians or deliver clinical care, and we do not take payment for consultations — those are paid to the physician directly. You and your physician create the plan that's right for you.

- What is SOUAI PEAK?
- PEAK is how what SOUAI already knows about you gets into the room. Instead of rebuilding your history for every new doctor, lab or app, your record and your trends travel with you — lab testing and analysis today, with connected healthcare services being built around it.
- Who can use PEAK?
- PEAK is available to CORE members. CORE is the SOUAI membership at $29.99 per month or $329.99 per year, and it is what gives PEAK the history to read your results against.
- Is SOUAI my doctor?
- No. SOUAI is a consumer wellness company and not a medical provider. Where PEAK connects you with physicians, they are independent licensed professionals practising through their own groups — any doctor-patient relationship is between you and that physician, not with SOUAI.
- How do I get lab testing through PEAK?
- Email care@souai.health and the team will arrange it, or ask any question about PEAK there.
- What happens to my results?
- They land where your trends already live. Rather than a reference range you have to interpret alone, CORA reads each value against your own history and against the other seven pillars of your HOM Score.
